2{ When you decide that a Reverse Mortgage is right for you, your AZ Loans Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer will provide you with a list of the HUD Authorized reverse mortgage counselors in your area. Included in that list will be information on how to obtain phone counseling if that is a better option for you. |

3{ Upon the completion of your counseling, your Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer will prepare an easy to follow loan application package, and will arrange to get your signature and a small list of support documents |

4{ Our processing center will order your appraisal, and title and arrange for whatever other services are needed to submit your loan file to underwriting. |

5{ Once through underwriting, we will contact you to arrange a closing at a convenient time and location. As these arrangements are being discussed, you can then advise which of the four options you have selected for the disbursement of your proceeds. |
